- Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces then wash and drain. Peel and rinse carrots, then thinly grate.
- Peel the shrimp shells, then chop them with a pinch of salt and shallots. Marinate the shrimp with little fish sauce, MSG and pepper.
- Sauté the shallot with little cooking oil in a pan. Next, add the shrimp to stir-fried until firm.
- Put cabbage and carrots in a pan to stir-fried with shrimp. Keep stirring until the cabbage is just cooked — season to taste.
