Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the ingredients
- - Wash and slice beef, then marinate with seasoning, oyster sauce, minced garlic for about 20 minutes so that the beef can absorb all spices.
- - Rice noodles are separated from each other. Beat egg yolks into the noodles to mix until evenly sticky.
- - Wash, then blanch boy chok in boiling water. After that, rinse through cold water to keep the vegetable green.
Step 2: Stir-fry rice noodles
- - Put tapioca flour into the bowl of noodles and mix well to make the flour stick to all the noodles, then sift the remaining flour.
- - Heat an oil pan, then put noodles to stir-fry until golden, take out and put in the basket with an oil-absorbing paper.
Step 3: Stir-fry boy chok
- - Take another pan to heat cooking oil, stir the minced garlic first to bring out the fragrance and then add the chopped boy chok to stir together, season to taste, then put in a plate. Use the same pan to stir-fry the onion and the beef. Continue to stir for about 2-3 minutes until the meat is cooked evenly.
- - Mix the flour with water, soy sauce well and then pour into the pan of beef and noodles to stir until thickened, then put the vegetables in and turn off the stove.
Step 4: Enjoy the dish!
- Finally, you display the crispy stir-fried rice noodles on a plate with vegetables and beef. Sprinkle some ground pepper on top. The dish is best served hot!
