- - Step 1: Prepare spinach and remove a few leaves. Next, soak the vegetable in water with a little salt for 15 minutes and then pick out to drain.
- - Step 2: Boil a pot of water with 1 tablespoon of salt. Add the vegetable to cook with the maximum fire and quickly stir several times to make the vegetable green and evenly cooked. To make vegetable crispy, after boiling, soak vegetable in ice water for about 5-7 minutes.
