Instructions
    
                - Wash the peanuts. Roast with salt and then sieve to remove the salt. 
- Cook the butter on a hot pan, then put thinly-sliced garlic to fry until fragrant. When the garlic changes color, add water and sugar to cook with low heat until completely dissolved. 
- Put peanuts on the pan to stir until the peanuts are dry.
