- How to get the color of butterfly pea flower: Wash the flower and put it in a jar with a lid. Pour boiling water into the jar, close the lid and wait for the water turns blue. About 8-10 flowers are enough for 200 ml of water.
- Boil 200 ml of butterfly pea flower water with 50 g of sugar, then pour into tapioca flour (do not use the water up once). Then, knead the flour into a smooth, non-stick dough.
- Form the dough into small pearls.
- Boil the pearls for 10 minutes. Keep the pearls still in the pot until they cool down, then rinse with cold water.
- Boil 200 ml of butterfly pea flower water with 50 g sugar in a pot, then soak the pearls in the pot. You can use it with bubble tea or sweet soup!
