- 20 gr Dried shrimp
- 200 gr Water Spinach
- 5 kumquats or ripe tamarind/green tamarind
- 1 tbsp fried onion and garlic
- Basil
- A few slices of hot chili peppers

Instructions
- - Wash dried shrimp, then soak with water to soften.

- - Wash water spinach, cut into 5 cm pieces. Cut tomatoes into wedges.

- - Saute garlic, add dried shrimp to stir-fry. Add 1 cup of boiling water. Season the soup with tamarind, sugar, and fish sauce.

- - Add water spinach and tomatoes to boil again.

- - Ladle the soup into a bowl, add hot chili peppers, herbs, and fried garlic.
