- 200 g rice noodles
- 3 chicken eggs
- 150 g cabbage
- 1 branch of scallions
- 2 tsp Seasoning powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons flour or tapioca
- 5 tsp Ketchup
- 5 tsp mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Water

Instructions
- - Boil macaroni and take out to drain. Finely chop cabbage and onions.
- - Mix macaroni with cabbage, scallions, seasoning powder, garlic powder, tapioca starch (flour), and chicken eggs.
- - Mix well.
- - Add the macaroni mixture to fry in a hot oil pan. Press the macaroni down to keep them sticky.
- - When the bottom side turns yellow, turn the other side over.
- - Take one small cup of ketchup, mayonnaise and water. Stir well the mixtue.
- - Sprinkle the mixture on top of the macaroni.
- When the underside turns also yellow, your food is ready to serve.
