- Chop tomatoes. Stir-fry purple onion in a pan for the aroma, then put tomatoes to fry. Add 1.5 cups of boiling water to cook for 10 minutes to soften the tomatoes. Season fish sauce to taste.
- Slice tofu in half, then stuff with well-mixed minced meat. Next, fry the tofu in a pan until golden and thick. Add fried tofu pieces to the tomato sauce to cook with the medium fire.
- Sprinkle some ground pepper and chopped green onion, and ready to serve!
