- 300 gr Pork ribs
- 1 small onion
- 100 gr figs (best to use cluster fig)

Instructions
- - Cut off the stem of figs, soak in water for 15 minutes to remove sap.
- - Wash ribs with salt and vinegar. Marinate with spices, then stir-fry until firm. Add water to stew until soft.
- - Stew ribs with onions for 3-4 hours, then remove onions.
- - Add figs to the stew for 10 minutes to soften. Season to taste.
- - Scoop out into a bowl, sprinkle with cilantro and enjoy!
