Instructions
- - Washed and thinly slice beef, then marinated with soy sauce and a little olive oil. Shred carrots.

- - Saute the garlic with olive oil, add the beef in and stir-fry, then remove to a plate.

- - Add a little olive oil to the pan to saute the carrots for 2 minutes. Next, add papaya and stir-fry together.

- - When the papaya and carrots are almost cooked, season to taste with oyster sauce and seasoning powder.

- - Finally, add the beef to the veggie and stir-fry for another 1 minute.
