- 1/2 kg fresh shrimp
- 1 bulb Minced garlic
- 1 branch bunching onion
- 1 spoon Fish sauce
- Spices: cooking oil, seasoning, salt, sugar, chili (optional )

Instructions
- - STEP 1: Wash and drain the shrimp, then put it in a bowl, marinate with seasoning, cooking oil. Stir well and leave it for 5 minutes.
- - STEP 2: Fry a part of garlic in a hot oil pan. Next, add and stir-fry the shrimp with the big heat for 5 minutes until the shrimp is cooked, then turn off the heat to cool down and remove the shrimp shell.
- - STEP 3: Fry the other part of garlic in another clean pan. Next, stir peeled shrimp into the pan with the low heat. After that, add fish sauce, sugar, and salt according to your taste. Continue to stir evenly so that the shrimps are not burnt. When the shrimps are well-cooked, put some bunching onion and chili in, then keep stirring for a few minutes.
- - Finally, turn off the stove, place the dish into a plate and enjoy!
