- Rinse chicken breast, then cut into bite-sized pieces and mix with crispy flour.
- Fry the chicken breast in a pan with some oil until golden, then remove and drain.
- Slice the bell peppers and onions. Stir-fry them with salt and MSG.
- Make the sauce: 2 tbsp of oyster sauce, 1 tbsp of ketchup, 1 tbsp of chili sauce, 1 tbsp of vinegar, 1 tbsp of sugar, 1/2 tsp of salt.
- Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then add the sauce to boil. Put the chicken to stir-fry until the sauce thickens. Add the onions and pepper.
