- 300 gr of soaked dried bamboo shoots
- 100 gr shiitake
- 1/2 Carrot

Instructions
- Tear the soak dried bamboo shoots into small pieces. Then boil 2-3 times and drain. Cut or slice carrots.
- Stir the bamboo shoots with seasoning to taste for about 10 minutes.
- Add water and carrots to cook with the bamboo shoots. Simmer for 15-20 minutes with the low heat. Then, put shiitake to cook for another 5 minutes. Add seasoning to taste.
- Finally, sprinkle some chopped cilantro and scoop the soup in a bowl.
