Instructions
- Peel the carrot and chayote, then slice thinly ( or julienne) and rinse.
- Fry the garlic and onion in a hot oil pan until bringing the aroma, add the carrot and chayote to fry. Season with fish sauce and MSG. Then, cover the lid to make the vegetables quickly cooked.
- When the vegetables are cooked, turn off the heat and add chopped scallions and pepper.
