  1. Peel the carrot and chayote, then slice thinly ( or julienne) and rinse.

  2. Fry the garlic and onion in a hot oil pan until bringing the aroma, add the carrot and chayote to fry. Season with fish sauce and MSG. Then, cover the lid to make the vegetables quickly cooked.

  3. When the vegetables are cooked, turn off the heat and add chopped scallions and pepper.
