Ingredients
- 200 gr lean pork paste
- 2 medium cat ear mushrooms
- 1/2 Yellow corn
- 1 potato
- 1/4 pumpkin
- 1/2 cup of straw mushrooms
- 6 dried shiitake mushrooms
- Scallion, cilantro
- Ground pepper
- 2 bowls of Broth

Instructions
- - Soak the cat ear mushrooms, and chop. Mix well with raw pork paste.

- - Boil the broth, season with a little salt. Use a spoon to scoop each pork ball in, bring to a boil again.

- - Add corn and potatoes to cook for 5 minutes.

- - Add pumpkin to cook for 5 minutes.

- - Add mushrooms and bring to a boil. Season to taste.

- - Turn off the heat, sprinkle the soup with scallion, cilantro, and ground pepper.
