- 200 gr Pork heart
- 2 bulbs Onion
- 2 branches Celery
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Fish sauce

- Step 1: Wash and cut the heart into slices, then marinated with some seasonings for 10 minutes before cooking. Cut onion and celery respectively into quarters and into pieces.
- Step 2: Fry the minced purple onion in the oil pan and put the heart in. Stir-fry until the heart is ripe, add onion as well as celery together, and season again. Keep stirring until everything is well-cooked, then turn off the stove.
- Step 3: Place on the plate and serve it with hot rice. This will be a delicious dish for your family's meals!
