    Instructions
    
                - Wash chicken, then chop into pieces and marinate with 1/2 teaspoon salt, a little MSG.

 - Clean, peel, and cut vegetables to taste.

 - Boil the chicken with 1.5 liters of water. Skim off the scum and fat, then add 2 chopped shallots, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons fish sauce, and MSG. Stew for 10 minutes.

 - Put the vegetables on the stew pot. Cook until soft. Season again to taste. Then, add pepper and coriander.
