Instructions
- Rinse and blanch the octopus, then remove to drain. Cut the octopus into thin pieces to taste. Marinate with minced salt, sugar, pepper, and onion powder, then leave for 10 minutes.
- Put tapioca flour into a clean plastic bag, add the marinated octopus and then shock to make octopus covered with a layer of tapioca.
- Fry the octopus with hot oil (the oil covers the octopus).
- Flip the octopus occasionally until you find the octopus crispy and yellow, then take out to put on the oil absorbent paper.
- Enjoy deep-fried octopus with ketchup or chutney.
