- Rinse the pumpkin, cut the head to make a lid, remove the inside.
- Mix fresh milk with coconut milk, and condensed milk to taste. Heat the mixture over low heat. Stir constantly as long as the milk is not boiling. (able to touch)
- Beat the eggs, then sift through the milk mixture. Stir well and scoop into the pumpkin. Cover the lid to steam for 60 minutes. After cooked and let cool, put it in the refrigerator to preserve.
