Instructions
- Boil quail eggs and peel
- Put the eggs in a pan with some cooking oil to fry.
- When the eggs turn golden, add minced garlic
- When you can smell the aroma, add 1 teaspoon of sugar and let it burn slightly to create color for the dish. Mix 2 tbsp of fish sauce and 1 tbsp of sugar into a bowl, stir well.
- Pour the mixture into the pan of simmered eggs. Cook with low heat, add pepper and chili if you like.
