- 2 cans of good glutinous rice
- 50 gr Dried shrimp
- 3 Chinesee sausages
- 4 tbsp pâté
- 2 tbp minced onion and garlic
- 4 tbsp chopped scallions
- 2 tbp fried shallot

Instructions
- - Wash the glutinous rice, then drain. Soak dried shrimp to remove sand, then drain.
- - Saute onions and garlic. Also saute sausages and dried shrimps.
- - Put everything in the rice cooker, add water, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. Press the Cook button. When the water is dry, stir well.
- - Put the sticky rice on a plate, serve with pate, fried onions, scallion oil, and meat floss as you like.
