  1. - Step 1: Crush ginger, add water and stir well.

  4. -Step 4: Take out the bananas, then flatten the bananas into thin slices.

  5. -Step 5: Put bananas on the tray covered with foil to prevent the running water. Spread a layer of ginger juice on the bananas' surface, then dry in the oven for 250 degrees for 10 minutes. Turn the banana over, spread another layer of ginger juice on, and continue drying for 250 degrees for 10 minutes. Remember to spread a layer of ginger juice whenever turning each side to dry. Keep drying 2 sides for 10 minutes with the low heat.
