- 300 gr jellyfish (you can buy at the supermarket)
- 1 Carrot
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 Onion
- 1 little laksa leaves
- 1 little roasted grated peanuts
- Spices: fish sauce, sugar, garlic, chili, lemon, vinegar.

- Wash the vegetables. Seed the cucumber, then slice it into thin matchsticks. Julienne carrots and onions. Mix it all with vinegar then leave it.
- Blanch and drain the jellyfish.
- Make the fish sauce: 2 tbsp of fish sauce + 2 tbsp of sugar +1 tbsp of lemon juice + 1 tbsp of minced chili and garlic.
- Squeeze the cucumber, carrots, onions to put in a bowl, then add the fish sauce to mix well together with laksa leaves, jellyfish, and roasted peanuts. And you finish the dish!
