- 300 g of ground chicken/ground pork
- 1/2 Carrot
- 1 branch Green onion
- 1 tablespoon of tapioca starch
- 1/2 tsp Sesame oil
- 1/3 ground Pepper
- 1 little garlic powder
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Seasoning
- 1 Fresh chicken egg
- 9 bell peppers

Instructions
- Step 1: Rinse raw materials before cooking (except ground meat). Remove the bell pepper's stems and seeds. Chop green onion. Shred carrot. Marinate the ground meat with garlic, green onion, carrot, sesame oil, ground pepper, soy sauce, seasoning, tapioca starch, and chicken egg.
- Step 2: Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Then, use a spoon to stuff the mixture into a bell pepper until the pepper is full. ( If there is remaining meat, you can stuff with tomatoes or tofu).
- Step 3: Next, bake the stuffed bell peppers at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes. Then, check and bake for the second time at 300 degrees for about 15 minutes.
- This dish is best served with rice and soy sauce.
