Instructions
- Marinate minced meat with 2 chopped dry shallot, 1 teaspoon of fish sauce, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of seasoning seeds, pepper. Wait for 10 minutes until the meat absorbs all the spices.
- Cut the cabbage to taste.
- Boil water, add meatballs when the water begins to boil (remove foam to make the water clear).
- When the water boils up again, and the meatballs start to float, add the cabbage to cook with low heat for 5 minutes. Season to taste.
- Turn off the heat, add green onion and pepper.
