Instructions
- - Peel and wash the potatoes, then cut into bite-sized pieces. Cut tomato into wedges about 1 inch. Finely chop onion and cilantro.

- - Saute garlic, then add minced meat and stir-fry until firm.

- - When the meat is cooked, add the tomatoes and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

- - Next, add potatoes and 1/2 cup of filtered water, seasoning to taste.

- - When the potatoes are soft, add onions and cilantro to stir well. If the sauce is a bit thick, turn off the heat.
