- 200 gr of minced pork (lean)
- 3 egg tofu
- 1 teaspoon of flour or cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 spoon of Soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon of Salt
- 1 Fresh chicken egg

- 1 bulb of green onion steam (or red onion)

- -Step 1: Add spices to the minced meat: pepper, salt, oyster sauce, small minced onion, and flour. Mix all well together.
- -Step 2: Cut egg tofu into slices, then arrange around a plate. Put the meat in the center of the tofu slices and leave a hole in the middle just enough to let the chicken egg in.
- -Step 3: Bring the plate to steam for about 15 minutes, then add the chicken egg. Continue to steam for 7-10 minutes, depending on how well-cooked you want the egg yolk to be. Next, add 1-2 tablespoons of soy sauce to the egg tofu.
- -Step 4: Sprinkle some chopped green onions to the top, and now the dish is ready to serve with rice!
