Instructions
- Slice beef thinly, then marinate with salt, fish sauce, MSG, and minced shallots.
- Rinse the bean sprout.
- Sauté minced shallots with 1 tbsp of oil in a pan. Add the beef to stir-fry.
- Put the bean sprout in the pan to cook. Season to taste. Sprinkle some cut green onions and turn off the heat. Add some pepper to taste.
