- - Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
- - Marinate shrimp with 1 tbsp minced onion, garlic, and salt for 15 minutes.
- - Blanch carrots and broccoli in boiling water with a little salt. Then, pour into the basket and drain under cold water to crisp.
- - Fry onion and garlic, add shrimp to stir-fry.
- - Add vegetables and oyster sauce, quickly stir on high heat.
- - Remove to a plate, sprinkle with ground pepper.
