- Slice the tofu and fry until golden.

- Cut and wash the cabbage.

- Sauté purple onion with 1 tbsp of cooking oil until fragrant. Next, stir fry mushrooms and tofu with salt, soy sauce, MSG, then stir fry cabbage and carrots until cooked.
