- - Wash chives, cut into bite-sized pieces.

- - Buy ready-made mussels, cook with boiled water to make the soup more delicious.

- - Saute shallot, then lightly stir-fry mussels, season with fish sauce.

- - Add water to boil, season to taste. Add chives and lift the pot down. Season with laksa leaves for fragrance.
