- 130 g of pureed bananas

Instructions
- Beat the egg yolks with cooking oil, then put the bananas into the mixture. Sift the flour into the yolk mixture and mix well.
- Beat the whites with salt. When dissolved, add sugar and beat until stiff. Divide the egg white into 3 parts and respectively add to the yolk, fold evenly.
- Place a parchment paper in the mold. Pour the batter in, then spread evenly, decorate with slices of banana or any other type of nut. Next, put in the oven at a temperature of 180ᵒC for 50 minutes until the cake surface is cooked and golden.
