- - Rinse the boneless pork legs, cut into pieces (3x4).
- -Then marinate with spices and leave it for 30 minutes to absorb all the spices. Cut pineapple into pieces.
- -Sauté crushed shallots until fragrant, stir-fry the meat and pineapple until tenderloin.
