Instructions
- Wash the mushrooms and then soak in brine for 30 minutes, then wash again and drain.
- Wash the tofu gently, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Sauté leek until fragrant then put sugar, pepper, soy sauce, and mushrooms to stir.
- Add tofu to cook. Once it is boiling, gently stir, and season to taste again. Cover the lid and cook for another five minutes.
