Instructions
- - Wash the coconut, thinly grate and drain. Put the coconut in a pan, marinate with the sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- - Put the pan on low heat to stir until the coconut dries up and the sugar sticks to the coconut. Turn off the heat, add vanilla to the coconut and stir well.
- - Serve on a plate with hot tea.
