Instructions
- Peel and smash ginger. Squeeze jujube.
- Put the two in a saucepan with 600 ml of water for about 10 minutes to simmer, then add sugar as desired.
- Filter the tea water through the sieve to get clear water. A simple breakfast with a homemade cake with a cup of hot tea is so much better!
