- 1/2 cup Sticky rice
- 2 cups longan
- Alum sugar or thnot sugar
- 2 branches of pandan leaves
- 1/2 cup Coconut milk

Instructions
- - Peel and remove the seeds of the longan, only keep the flesh of the fruit.
- - Soak sticky rice for 4 hours.
- - Put sticky rice on the stove, add water and pandan leaves, then cook until soft. Stir well, add coconut milk and sugar to cook.
- - Add longan to stir for a few minutes.
- - It's best to serve warm.
