Ingredients
- 500 g long-grain lean meat
- 2 dried jujubes
- 1 star anise
- 2 slices ginger
- 30 ml white wine
- 2 fresh peppers
- 2 tbsp Seasoning
- 1 tbsp Fish sauce
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tsp paprika
- 30 ml Water

Instructions
- -Step 1: Slice the meat into chunks and wash, then put in a saucepan with wine, minced chili, star anise, jujube, ginger to boil until the meat is tender. Take it out and rinse it with cold water.
- -Step 2: Use a pestle to smash the meat and shred it off by hand.
- -Step 3: Mix all the remaining ingredients together with some cooking oil, then marinate the meat with that mixture for 20 minutes.
- - Stir the meat in a hot pan until it is dry. Put the meat in a bag and beat it with a pestle, then put it on the pan to stir again. Use a sieve to scrub the meat until fluffy. Finally, put the pork floss in a jar.
Recipe Notes
This chicken floss is great to eat with savory sticky rice, fluffy bread or white porridge. Salty chicken floss will make you never bored with eating.
