- Step 1: Wash and drain the fish, then cut into medium pieces. Rinse tomatoes, pineapple, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Step 2: Put the cooking oil in a hot pan, and add onion to stir-fry for the aroma. Put the fish in a pan, fry 2 sides of the fish. Then add the pineapple and tomatoes. Season to taste. Next, pour 2 cups of boiling water in the pan, cover the lid for 10 minutes.
