- 200 gr Beef tenderloin
- 100 grams of straw mushrooms
- 1 small onion
- 1/2 tsp Minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp minced lemongrass
- Scallions, cilantro
- Oyster sauce
- Soy sauce sauce
- cornstarch
- Ground pepper

Instructions
- - Thinly slice beef tenderloin, marinate with 2 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp oyster sauce, garlic, minced lemongrass, 1 tsp cornstarch, and minced pepper. Mix well to absorb 15 min.
- - Cut off the stem of the mushroom, wash and drain. Cut the big ones half. Notching the top of the mushroom to prevent boiling water from stagnation. Cut the onion.
- - Heat 1 tbsp of cooking oil in a large pan, saute minced onions and garlic, add the beef and saute quickly under high heat until pale. Remove to a separate plate. In the same pan, add straw mushrooms to stir for 2 minutes until cooked, add onions and stir for a few more minutes. Season with oyster sauce to taste.
- - Mix the sautéed beef into the pan and then turn off the heat. Remove to a plate, sprinkle with cilantro, ground pepper, then serve with rice.
