Instructions
  1. - Thinly slice beef tenderloin, marinate with 2 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp oyster sauce, garlic, minced lemongrass, 1 tsp cornstarch, and minced pepper. Mix well to absorb 15 min.

  2. - Cut off the stem of the mushroom, wash and drain. Cut the big ones half. Notching the top of the mushroom to prevent boiling water from stagnation. Cut the onion.

  3. - Heat 1 tbsp of cooking oil in a large pan, saute minced onions and garlic, add the beef and saute quickly under high heat until pale. Remove to a separate plate.
