- 200 grams of Beef

Instructions
- - Slice beef, wash vegetables and cut to taste. Prepare 7 garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon finely chopped ginger.
- - Marinate beef with 1/2 part of garlic, ginger, chopped coriander, pepper, seasoning powder, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, a little cooking oil. Leave for about 15 minutes.
- - Saute garlic, then add marinated beef and stir-fry on high heat, stir quickly. When the beef is barely cooked, scoop it out.
- - Continue to add celery, carrots to stir fry about 30 seconds first, then put the remaining vegetables to stir fry on high heat. Add a few tablespoons of water so that the vegetables won't dry out. When the vegetables are just cooked, add the beef to cook together.
- - Season with 1 tablespoon of oyster oil, a little salt, seasoning powder. Note to moderately light season to be able to feel the sweetness of the beef and the freshness of the vegetables. Turn off the stove.
- - Ladle the stir-fried beef onto a plate, sprinkle with cilantro and pepper. Prepare 1 cup of chili sauce to use as a dipping sauce. Enjoy it when it's hot.
