- 2 stalks of scallions
- Ground pepper
- Fish sauce

Instructions
- - Cut tomatoes into small pieces.
- - Beat eggs, season with 1/2 teaspoon fish sauce.
- - Saute the stem of scallions, add tomatoes to stir until soft, season with 1/2 tsp fish sauce.
- - When the tomato is soft, add egg to stir. When the eggs are just cooked, take them out, sprinkle with chopped scallions and ground pepper.
