- 300 gr of green beans
- 100 gr filet mignon
- 1/2 Carrot
- 1/2 Tomato
- 2 tbsp Minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp cornstarch
- Oyster sauce
- Ground pepper
- Scallion, chopped cilantro

Instructions
- - Cut beef thinly, marinate with 1 tsp minced garlic, 1/2 tsp cornstarch, 2 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp oyster sauce, minced pepper. Mix well to absorb the spices for 20 minutes.
- - Julienne carrot.
- - Remove the two ends of the green beans, slice them to cook quickly and easily absorb the spices.
- - Thinly slice tomatoes.
- - Blanch green beans and carrots in boiling water with a little salt, soak in ice water to be crispy. Take out to dry.
- - Saute minced garlic, add the beef to stir-fry, then remove to a plate.
- - Add carrots, green beans to the pan to stir over high heat. Add tomatoes. Season with fish sauce and oyster sauce.
- - When the vegetables are just cooked, put the beef back to stir a few times, then lift the pan down.
- - Pick up the food on a plate, sprinkle with ground pepper, chopped cilantro and scallion.
