- 1 piece of chayote
- 100 g of green beans
- 100 g Bean sprout
- 1 Carrot
- 150 g fresh shrimp
- Spice: fish sauce, salt, MSG, pepper, cooking oil, red onion

Instructions
- Rinse and peel chayote, carrots. Peel the fibers on both sides of the green beans. Then, thinly slice them all.
- Remove the shrimp shells and grind them smoothly with 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1 red onion, and then marinate with fish sauce and MSG.
- Sauté minced garlic with some cooking oil.
- Stir-fry the shrimp until firm, add green beans, chayote, and carrots in turn, and finally, add bean sprout (whichever is easier to be cooked, stir-fry first)
- Season to taste and add pepper for better aroma.
