Instructions
- Boil water, add a little olive oil, and drop spaghetti to boil.
- Take out the noodles. Rinse them in cold water and drain.
- Wash the bean sprout and drain. Rinse the green beans and slice them to taste. Cut bell pepper.
- Heat a pan of hot oil, then fry the eggs first. Move the egg over a side of the pan, then add garlic to stir. Next, stir-fry the green beans. Add the bell peppers and the bean sprouts to stir — season to taste.
- Finally, sprinkle oyster sauce and stir well. Place everything on a plate.
- Put the pan back on the stove, add some olive oil, and stir-fry the noodles. Season with seasoning seeds and stir fry for 2 more minutes because the noodles are already boiled.
- Put the hot noodles on the plate. Put the mixture of fried foods and eggs on top.
