- 1 can of sweet corn (yellow corn)
- 2 chicken eggs
- Scallion
- 1 tsp Seasoning powder
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder

- - Open the sweet corn can, drain all the water into a large bowl.

- - Season corn with seasoning powder, onion powder, then beat eggs and mix well.

- - Saute finely-chopped scallion sterm.

- - Then, add the egg and corn mixture to stir-fry on high heat.

- - When the corn and eggs are cooked, reduce the heat and keep stirring.

- - After the eggs and corn are completely thicken, add finely chopped scallions. Stir-fry one more time, then turn off the stove.

- - Ladle the fried corn on a plate, sprinkled with a little pepper and enjoy!
