- Marinate minced lean meat with 1 minced shallot, a little fish sauce, MSG, and pepper.
- Separate large cabbage leaves, partly peel off the stem, then rinse. After that, put the leaves into the microwave for a few minutes.
- Put the meat in the middle of wrapped cabbage leaves, use chives leaves (blanched) to tie. Put the cabbage rolls in the microwave for 2 minutes.
- Sauté minced garlic with a little oil, add 1 tbsp of oyster sauce, 2 teaspoons of sugar, salt, salt, MSG, boiled water and season to taste. Pour this oyster sauce on a plate of cabbage and enjoy!
