- 1 large potato about 300 gr
- 50 gr abalone mushrooms
- Salt, pepper
- 1 tbsp minced onion or leek
- Scallion, cilantro
- Cooking oil

Instructions
- - Cut the potatoes into thin or medium pieces, as you like. Soak in salt water for 15 minutes.

- - Drain, then fry until golden.

- - Take out and drain the oil. Saute onions and garlic, add mushrooms to stir.

- - Add the potatoes, season to taste. Remove to a plate and sprinkle with pepper and cilantro.
