- Heat the pan and then roast the peanuts. Stir well. When the peanut shells split, add 1 tsp of olive oil and go on cooking until the peanut shells are golden.

- When the peanut is cooked, turn off the heat but still stir to avoid burning.

- When the peanut is slightly cooled, sprinkle garlic powder and salt. Stir until the salt and garlic powder stick around the peanuts.

- Let cool completely and place in a clean container for storage.
