Instructions
- - Wash the scallion and cut them into short pieces. Peel the ginger, wash and juliene it. Wash the prepared quail, cut into bite-sized pieces, marinate with a little soy sauce and onion powder for 10 minutes.

- - Put the olive oil in a hot pan. Add the marinated quail to cook until golden brown, remove to a clean plate.

- - Add a little olive oil if needed, then add the onion and ginger to sauté until fragrant. Put a cup of filtered water, season with soy sauce, brown sugar, seasoning powder and bring to boil.

- - Put the pre-fried quail into the pan to braise on a low heat.

- - When the sauce is reduced to 1/2, season to taste again.
